Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms of Service between you and 98M7 Group OÜ. It sets out how you may and may not use the Services. We update the AUP as new abuse patterns appear; the current version is always the one published here.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use the Services to store, generate, transmit, distribute or otherwise process content that:
is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing or invasive of another's privacy; infringes any third party's intellectual property, publicity, or other rights; depicts or sexualises minors; promotes terrorism, violent extremism, organised crime, or imminent harm to people or animals; constitutes spam, phishing, or other unsolicited bulk communication; contains malware, exploits, or material designed to disable or compromise computer systems; or breaches any sanctions or export-control law applicable to you or to 98M7.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other users' accounts, or supporting infrastructure; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services, perform load or stress testing, or run security research, without our prior written permission; circumvent rate limits, billing controls, authentication or other access controls; scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Services beyond what is permitted by published interfaces and rate limits; reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Services, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits; resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services or any output of the Services in a manner not contemplated by your subscription tier; impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; use the Services to make defamatory statements about identifiable third parties; use the Services to take or facilitate any action that interferes with, degrades or disrupts the Services for others.
3. AI features — additional rules
Where the Services include AI-generated outputs:
You may not use the Services to develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate or improve any competing artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model, including by using outputs of the Services as training data without our express written permission. You may not use AI outputs to make decisions about a natural person that produce legal or similarly significant effects on that person without meaningful human review. You remain responsible for the use you make of any AI output, and you should not rely on AI outputs as professional, legal, medical, financial or regulatory advice. You may not prompt the Services with the intent to bypass safety measures, generate prohibited content (section 1), or extract proprietary system instructions.
4. Reporting abuse
If you believe content on the Services breaches this AUP, or believe your or another's account has been used in breach of it, tell us through the contact page. For intellectual-property infringement claims please include the claimant's identity and contact details, identification of the work alleged to be infringed, identification of the material on the Services said to infringe it, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the right-holder.
5. Enforcement
We investigate suspected breaches of this AUP. Depending on severity we may: warn you; require you to remove content; rate-limit, suspend or terminate your account; refuse refunds; cooperate with law enforcement; and pursue available remedies. For serious or repeat breaches, or where breach exposes us, our users or third parties to imminent risk, we may act immediately and without prior notice. Where this AUP and your Terms of Service appear to conflict, the AUP controls in respect of acceptable use; in all other respects the Terms control.
