This Cookie Policy explains how 98M7 Group OÜ uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels, tags) on our websites and within the Services. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember things about your visit, such as your login state or language preference. "Similar technologies" cover other client-side storage mechanisms (local storage, session storage) and server-side identifiers that can perform comparable functions.
2. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary. These are required for the Services to function — they keep you logged in, remember your security preferences, balance traffic across servers, and prevent abuse. They cannot be switched off in our system because the Services would not work without them. They do not require consent.
Functional. These remember choices you make, such as language, region or interface preferences, to give you a more personalised experience.
Analytics. Where used, these help us understand how visitors interact with the Services so we can improve them. We aim to use privacy-preserving analytics (such as self-hosted Plausible or Cloudflare Web Analytics) that do not set cross-site identifiers; where we use third-party analytics that do, you are asked for consent first.
Third-party functional. Stripe sets cookies on payment pages to detect and prevent fraud. These are strictly necessary for the payment flow you have requested. YouTube or similar embeds, if used in our content, may set cookies; we use privacy-enhanced embeds where available.
Marketing. We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting them.
3. Your choices
If your visit is from the EU, EEA, UK or another jurisdiction that requires consent, you will see a cookie banner the first time you visit. The banner lets you accept all categories, reject all non-essential categories, or choose category by category. "Reject" is presented with the same prominence as "Accept". You can change your choice at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link in the footer or by clearing site data and refreshing.
Most browsers also let you manage cookies directly through their settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent the Services from working.
4. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Our sites recognise the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where a browser sends a GPC signal we treat that as a request to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under CCPA/CPRA (we do not sell or share in those senses) and as withdrawal of consent for non-essential cookies. We do not currently respond differently to legacy "Do Not Track" headers because there is no industry consensus on their meaning.
5. Changes
We update this policy when we change what cookies we use. The version number and effective date at the top tell you which version is current.
